 At Kestshop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 Eligibility for Returns:

 – Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. 

– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 – The item must be in its original packaging.

 

 Non-returnable Items:

 – Gift cards

 – Downloadable software products

 – Some health and personal care items

 

 Return Process:

 1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@kestshop.com or kestshop@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

 2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.

 3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 Refunds:

 – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 – If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

 Late or Missing Refunds:

 – If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 – Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 – Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 – If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kestshop.com or kestshop@outlook.com.

 

 Exchanges:

 – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kestshop.com or kestshop@outlook.com.
